The Alliance's Online Learning Center

Everyone has a role to play in helping create and maintain a safe work environment for the youth we serve and the staff we work with. One way to achieve accountability and safety in our residential treatment centers is by learning and practicing bystander intervention. Staff at all levels are encouraged to attend this free, 60-minute bystander intervention training to learn specific tactics to prevent any potential abusive or harmful situation in our treatment centers.
